Our Award Winning Hampton Inn & Suites in Whitefish, Montana is looking for a Full Time Front Desk person to join our Team of Professionals.
We are searching for a team player who is enthusiastic, outgoing, good with guests, and has excellent customer service. We hope to find a responsible individual who wants to work mornings part time.
Our Breakfast Attendant will show up at 5:00am and work 6 to 7 hours a day. This is a part time position so 3-5 days per week, with the possible option of getting trained in another department to get more hours, if desired.
The duties include:
- Set up the Breakfast Buffet including: Preparing and heating food, constant restocking and cleaning.
- Greet and visit with guests to ensure they enjoy their stay at our hotel.
- Assist guests with any questions or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area: Buffet area, tables, floors throughout the shift.
- Monitor food levels and restock as necessary.
- Minimize wastage of food. Rotate product in kitchen to ensure freshness.
- Assist with ordering and inventory when asked.
- Must be able to stand, walk and lift 25 lbs.
Requirements:
- This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to talk and interact with our guests throughout the staff.
- To make them feel as if there are in the "Home away from Home".
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Reliability is crucial to this job-You must be able to work early and cheerfully every day.
If you are interested in working 5 days a week, we are willing to cross train you into another department to get you more hours.
